The hotel is exceptionally comfortable and appealing in a European style. The room size is great and includes a fridge. There is a separate bedroom with a separate TV as advertised. The hotel offers plenty of outstanding meal options. The location is magnificent, close to the Port of Palm Beach, and just a 20-minute walk to West Palm Beach center.

The hotel was wonderful and appealing, with knowledgeable staff. My room was great-sized and updated, overlooking the poolside. The microwave oven, coffee and tea makers, and refrigerator were a big plus. The property's location was unbeatable, near shops, the airport, fast food, and the Brightline train station. It was also just a mile away from the ocean-Zoo and 90 minutes from Miami.

I liked West Palm Beach, the hotel was perfect and appealing. The room was brand-new and updated with a bathtub. I had a good rest. The pool was clean and I had excellent drinks at the outdoor bar.

Nice Room, nice pool
You informed me that it was not possible to arrange transportation to Miami Cruise Port. When I was at Miami Cruise Port I saw a transportation bus from Hilton Garden Inn ! I did arrange transportation independently with Black Pearl who were excellent.

I liked everything about the hotel. The staff were wonderful they made me feel comfortable and the catered to me and made me feel like a princess. The best place ive stayed in a while.
